This is the official public documentation for LifeWell — a private health and wellness companion that runs on the web, on Android, and as a Chrome-Web-Store-compliant browser extension.
What's documented here
Every user-facing feature of LifeWell — from blood pressure tracking to family-tree management to the kegel trainer timer — is documented in dedicated pages, organized by feature domain. The structure follows the Diátaxis framework, mixing tutorials (for newcomers), how-to guides (for specific tasks), reference (exhaustive option detail), and explanation (architecture and design rationale).
