Moving from Apple Health to LifeWell

The Health app on iPhone and iPad that gathers medications, sleep, activity and device readings in one place. Choose Apple Health if you live on iPhone and Apple Watch and want heart, sleep, cycle and hearing readings gathered by the device itself. Choose LifeWell if you are on Android or the web, and you want the health record kept with the people, memories and appointments of your life.

Last checked 2026-11-07. The full comparison is on LifeWell and Apple Health.

How to move across

  1. Open LifeWell and sign in.
  2. Add the medicines, conditions and results you want to keep (health).
  3. Add appointments with a reminder (calendar and appointments).
  4. Keep Apple Health if your clinic or device depends on it. LifeWell keeps your own record; it is not medical advice and does not connect to your doctor's system.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
