Moving from CareClinic to LifeWell
A symptom, medication and health-records tracker with reports to share with a doctor or carer. Choose CareClinic if you manage a chronic condition and want validated assessments, care plans and a 30-day report for your provider. Choose LifeWell if you want a plain record of medications, results and appointments on a free plan, kept with the people in your life.

How to move across
- Open LifeWell and sign in.
- Add the medicines, conditions and results you want to keep (health).
- Add appointments with a reminder (calendar and appointments).
- Keep CareClinic if your clinic or device depends on it. LifeWell keeps your own record; it is not medical advice and does not connect to your doctor's system.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
