Moving from Elfie to LifeWell

A free app for tracking vitals and medication that pays coins for each healthy action. Choose Elfie if rewards and coins help you keep up with blood pressure readings and medication. Choose LifeWell if you would rather have no points at all, and a quiet record of health kept with the people, memories and appointments of your life.

Last checked 2026-11-07. The full comparison is on LifeWell and Elfie.

How to move across

  1. Open LifeWell and sign in.
  2. Add the medicines, conditions and results you want to keep (health).
  3. Add appointments with a reminder (calendar and appointments).
  4. Keep Elfie if your clinic or device depends on it. LifeWell keeps your own record; it is not medical advice and does not connect to your doctor's system.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
