Moving from Evergreen Life to LifeWell

A free UK app that pulls in your GP record, books GP appointments and orders NHS prescriptions. Choose Evergreen Life if you are registered with a GP in England and want your NHS record, bookings and repeat prescriptions in one app. Choose LifeWell if you are outside England, or want a record you write yourself about every person you care for, with memories and the tree beside it.

Last checked 2026-11-07. The full comparison is on LifeWell and Evergreen Life.

How to move across

  1. Open LifeWell and sign in.
  2. Add the medicines, conditions and results you want to keep (health).
  3. Add appointments with a reminder (calendar and appointments).
  4. Keep Evergreen Life if your clinic or device depends on it. LifeWell keeps your own record; it is not medical advice and does not connect to your doctor's system.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
