Moving from Evernote to LifeWell

A notes app with notebooks, reminders and apps on every platform. Choose Evernote if notes are the whole job: clipping, scanning, searching documents, on every device you own. Choose LifeWell if notes are one part of a record about people, with their memories, health and appointments kept beside them.

Last checked 2026-11-07. The full comparison is on LifeWell and Evernote.

How to move across

  1. Open LifeWell and sign in.
  2. Add the people you track in Evernote (people), starting with the ones you see most.
  3. Keep dates with them (calendar and appointments) and set reminders.
  4. Leave the rest in Evernote until you know what you want to move. LifeWell has no import from it.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
