Moving from Medisafe to LifeWell

A medication management app; its website now speaks mainly to pharmaceutical companies. Choose Medisafe if you want an app built around taking medication on time, with caregiver notifications. Choose LifeWell if medications are one page in a wider record that also holds the people, the memories and the appointments, with its prices stated plainly.

Last checked 2026-11-07. The full comparison is on LifeWell and Medisafe.

How to move across

  1. Open LifeWell and sign in.
  2. Add the medicines, conditions and results you want to keep (health).
  3. Add appointments with a reminder (calendar and appointments).
  4. Keep Medisafe if your clinic or device depends on it. LifeWell keeps your own record; it is not medical advice and does not connect to your doctor's system.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
