Moving from Mesh to LifeWell

A personal CRM that imports your contacts, watches for life updates and reminds you to reconnect. Choose Mesh if you keep a large professional network warm and want imports from email, LinkedIn and calendar, with desktop apps. Choose LifeWell if the people are family and friends, not a network, and you want their memories and health kept with them, on a free plan without a card.

Last checked 2026-11-07. The full comparison is on LifeWell and Mesh.

How to move across

  1. Open LifeWell and sign in.
  2. Add the people you track in Mesh (people), starting with the ones you see most.
  3. Keep dates with them (calendar and appointments) and set reminders.
  4. Leave the rest in Mesh until you know what you want to move. LifeWell has no import from it.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
