Moving from MyChart to LifeWell
The patient portal offered by hospitals and clinics that run Epic, for results, medications and appointments. Choose MyChart if your clinic offers it: it holds the results and messages that come from the clinic itself. Choose LifeWell if you want a record you own across every clinic, with the people and memories of your life beside it.
Last checked 2026-11-07. The full comparison is on LifeWell and MyChart.
How to move across
- Open LifeWell and sign in.
- Add the medicines, conditions and results you want to keep (health).
- Add appointments with a reminder (calendar and appointments).
- Keep MyChart if your clinic or device depends on it. LifeWell keeps your own record; it is not medical advice and does not connect to your doctor's system.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
