Moving from MyTherapy to LifeWell

A free medication reminder and intake diary with a health report for your doctor. Choose MyTherapy if you want reliable medication alarms, refill warnings and a printable plan for the doctor, all free. Choose LifeWell if the medication record should sit with the person's memories, the family tree and everything else you keep about your life.

Last checked 2026-11-07. The full comparison is on LifeWell and MyTherapy.

How to move across

  1. Open LifeWell and sign in.
  2. Add the medicines, conditions and results you want to keep (health).
  3. Add appointments with a reminder (calendar and appointments).
  4. Keep MyTherapy if your clinic or device depends on it. LifeWell keeps your own record; it is not medical advice and does not connect to your doctor's system.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
