Moving from Notion to LifeWell

A general workspace of pages and databases you can shape into a life organiser yourself. Choose Notion if you enjoy building your own system of pages and databases and want it to double as a work tool. Choose LifeWell if you want people, memories, a tree, health and appointments already shaped and connected, with nothing to build.

Last checked 2026-11-07. The full comparison is on LifeWell and Notion.

How to move across

  1. Open LifeWell and sign in.
  2. Add the people you track in Notion (people), starting with the ones you see most.
  3. Keep dates with them (calendar and appointments) and set reminders.
  4. Leave the rest in Notion until you know what you want to move. LifeWell has no import from it.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
