Moving from One Medical to LifeWell

A membership primary-care practice in the US with in-office and video appointments and medical records in its app. Choose One Medical if you want the doctor's office itself, with same-day video calls and your clinic record, and you are in the US. Choose LifeWell if you want your own record of appointments and health across every clinic, free, kept with the people in your life.

Last checked 2026-11-07. The full comparison is on LifeWell and One Medical.

How to move across

  1. Open LifeWell and sign in.
  2. Add the medicines, conditions and results you want to keep (health).
  3. Add appointments with a reminder (calendar and appointments).
  4. Keep One Medical if your clinic or device depends on it. LifeWell keeps your own record; it is not medical advice and does not connect to your doctor's system.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
