Moving from Todoist to LifeWell

A to-do list with projects, reminders and a free plan. Choose Todoist if what you need most is a to-do list for today, with reminders and projects. LifeWell has no task list yet. Choose LifeWell if the appointments belong to people and the people carry memories, a tree and health records.

Last checked 2026-11-07. The full comparison is on LifeWell and Todoist.

How to move across

  1. Open LifeWell and sign in.
  2. Add the people you track in Todoist (people), starting with the ones you see most.
  3. Keep dates with them (calendar and appointments) and set reminders.
  4. Leave the rest in Todoist until you know what you want to move. LifeWell has no import from it.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
