Moving from Withings+ to LifeWell
A subscription on top of Withings scales and watches that adds daily scores, a health assistant and a report for televisits. Choose Withings+ if you own Withings devices and want their readings turned into daily scores and a PDF for your doctor. Choose LifeWell if you record by hand, do not own the hardware, and want health kept with the people and memories of your life.

- Open LifeWell and sign in.
- Add the medicines, conditions and results you want to keep (health).
- Add appointments with a reminder (calendar and appointments).
- Keep Withings+ if your clinic or device depends on it. LifeWell keeps your own record; it is not medical advice and does not connect to your doctor's system.

LifeWell does not keep the audio of a conversation yet: it writes down what you say. It cannot print your tree for a wall, it has no to-do list for today, and it has no iPhone app. It is not medical advice.
