Mind

The smallest area by screen count and the one with the strictest rules about what leaves it.

The journal

/health/mood-journal is the way in. A journal entry is whatever you noticed. This is a note to yourself, not a theory — nothing on this page will turn it into one.

The journal covers several kinds of entry: mood, gratitude, dreams, and free writing. They are one store with a kind on each row, which is why a month reads as a month rather than as four separate months.

The journal is never in the PDF export

A PDF is a document people print, hand to a receptionist and leave on a desk. The journal is the one thing in LifeWell that must not leave that way. It is in the JSON and CSV exports, which are files you open yourself. See the export format.

Guided sessions

/health/breathing, /health/meditation, /health/sleep-sounds, /health/affirmations, /health/panic-attack and /health/stress-assessment.

Sessions are only recorded when you ask for them to be. An empty list here means the page has been doing its job quietly.

Desk wellness

/wellness holds the short interruptions for a working day — an eye break, a movement break, a posture prompt, a glass of water, a medication nudge. Each can be turned on independently and each is off by default.

A hundred breaks across fourteen days is not a streak. There is nothing to break, and a quiet Sunday is just a quiet Sunday.

What is deliberately absent

No mood score. No wellness index. No weekly report telling you how you did. LifeWell holds what you wrote and shows it back to you in a shape you can read; it does not have an opinion about it.

If a number would be useful to you, the trackers in Health will hold one — that is your choice to make rather than the app's.
