A short tour

The dashboard

/dashboard is what you land on. It carries the quick actions for the things people record most — a glass of water, a weight, a mood — so the common case is a tap rather than a navigation.

Logging takes seconds, or it does not happen. That is the whole argument behind the dashboard existing at all.

The menu

The left menu is grouped by the seven areas. It lists only the areas you have on, and inside an area it lists only the screens that apply to you — see the first run.

Tracking

/tracking is the one screen that shows every number in one place. It is not a separate store from the individual screens — /health/water, the dashboard quick action and /tracking are three views over one table, which is why a glass logged in one appears in the other two immediately.

Settings

/settings holds the things that are about the account rather than about a record:

  • Your data — export, delete an area, delete the account
  • Domains — six switches, and a row for Sharing, which has none
  • Reminders — what the app is allowed to send you
  • Sharing — who can read what
  • Security — sessions and sign-out

Where the honest answers are

Four public pages carry the things people ask before they trust an app with a life: /privacy · /terms · /permissions · /delete-account.

They are written to be read, not to be survived — no defined terms in capital letters, no clause numbering, no sentence that needs a second reading.
