# LifeWell > LifeWell keeps the people and moments of your life in one place. You start with yourself, add the people who > matter — family on one side, work on the other — and keep what you know about them, your memories and your > plans. Wellbeing, mind, life stages and health sit around that, to help a life go well. It is not a health > tracker. It runs on the web at https://lifewell.aoneahsan.com and on Android via Google Play. > Last updated: 2026-10-22. LifeWell is built and maintained by the LifeWell team. Tagline: Keep the people and moments of your life in one place — and everything around them. ## Structure Seven areas, with You in the middle. You is the account, not an area, and cannot be switched off. - People — family tree, work tree, connections, family groups, journeys, saved places and maps, messages, community groups, professionals directory, blood donor directory. - Memories — photos, albums, scrapbook, tags, captions. - Everyday — calendar and appointments, notes and folders, saved places, reminders, shopping list. - Sharing — links you make to show someone a tracker, your medications or a family tree, or to ask for something back; each carries only what you choose and can be ended at any time. - Health — trackers (water, steps, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, sleep and more), medications, food and meals, exercise, conditions, lab results. - Mind — journal (mood, gratitude, dreams, free writing), guided breathing, meditation, sleep sounds, desk wellness breaks. - Life stages — cycle, trying to conceive, ovulation, PCOS, menopause, breastfeeding, children (feeds, sleep, nappies, growth, milestones). Every area except Sharing can be switched off. Off means the menu stops listing it; nothing is deleted, and any page still opens if you go to it directly. Sharing has no switch: it is where you end what you have shared. ## What LifeWell does NOT do - It does not give medical advice and it is not a medical device. - It does not keep a streak, a score, a rank, a level or a badge. There is no column for them. - It does not sell or share your record, and there is no advertising network in the product. - It is NOT end-to-end encrypted. The record is encrypted in transit and at rest and is readable by the database. Claiming otherwise would be false. - It does not run on iOS. iOS was removed on 2026-07-16 and will be re-added when an Apple Developer account exists. - It does not ship a browser extension. One is planned and not built. - It does not connect to Google Calendar or any external calendar. - It does not require an account for the public tools, the baby-name browser or the blood donor directory. ## Not built yet, as of 2026-09-08 - Push notifications — subscription wired, sending service not written. No push arrives. - Global search — the server query exists; the page is a declared placeholder. - The referral member screen — the server half is live; there is no screen showing your code. - Deleting one area — the database transaction exists; there is no screen opening it. - Deleting your account in-app — the button is wired; the server function is not deployed. The working route is https://lifewell.aoneahsan.com/delete-account - Google Play Billing — built and tested against recorded responses; not configured and switched off. - Over-the-air updates — planned. No package in the build. ## Your data - Written on the device first, synced when there is a connection. - Photos and files live in the user's own Google Drive, under a scope reaching only files LifeWell created. LifeWell holds a reference, not the file. - Export everything as JSON, CSV or PDF, built in the browser rather than on a server. JSON and CSV are complete; the PDF deliberately omits the journal, notes, memories and messages. - Export is available on every plan, including Free. - Format documented field by field: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/reference/export-format ## Plans Free ($0), Pro ($9.99 a month or $99.90 a year) and Family ($8.99 per seat a month, from three seats, with no upper limit; a seat goes only to somebody connected as family and shares nothing). Split by what a use costs to run rather than by how much of the product you get: unlimited entries on every tier, 50 people on Free, AI estimates limited tightest and removed entirely by bringing your own key on any tier. Web payment is arranged manually; Android sells through Google Play Billing, which is built and not switched on. ## Documentation index - Start here: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/intro - The seven areas: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/domains/overview - Sharing: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/domains/sharing - Install on the web: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/getting-started/install-web - Install on Android: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/getting-started/install-android - The page tour and the walkthrough: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/getting-started/tours-and-walkthrough - Privacy and security: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/concepts/privacy-and-security - Architecture: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/concepts/architecture - The data model: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/concepts/data-model - Offline and sync: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/concepts/offline-and-sync - Export everything: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/your-data/export - The export file format: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/reference/export-format - Delete your record: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/your-data/delete - Where your record lives: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/your-data/where-it-lives - Plans: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/plans - Third-party services: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/reference/integrations - Addresses that do not move: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/reference/addresses - Android: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/platforms/android - iOS (removed): https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/platforms/ios - Browser extension (planned): https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/platforms/browser-extension - The admin panel: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/admin - Questions people ask: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/faq - What changed in 3.0.0: https://lifewell-docs.aoneahsan.com/about/changelog ## Canonical facts - LifeWell version: 3.0.0 — a full rebuild of the 2.x app, on a new backend, with no migration of 2.x data. - Android application id: com.aoneahsan.lifewell · minimum Android 9 (API 28). - Stack: React 19, TypeScript, Vite 8, Capacitor 8 (Android only), Supabase (Postgres, row-level security, Google-only auth), TanStack Router and Query, Tailwind v4, React Aria Components, Zustand, react-hook-form with Zod, Tiptap, D3, Sentry, Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Microsoft Clarity, OneSignal. - NOT used: Firebase as a backend, any third-party component library, Supabase Storage, production source maps, plain textareas. - Interface language: British English only.
